Welcome to our practice! We strive to be the benchmark of excellence in healthcare for you and your family, exceeding your expectations during every single visit! We are located in Big Tree Plaza at the intersection of Big Tree Rd. and Clyde Morris Blvd, right on the boarder of Daytona Beach and Port Orange. If you are a new patient, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We require a credit card on file for all new appointments scheduled online in an effort to deter no-shows - you will not be charged anything unless you no-show, in which case you will be charged a $25 no-show fee. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves over an hour long gap in the doctor's day that could have been given to another patient in need. Patients do not show up or cancel within 24 hours of their appointment will be charged a $25 no-show fee. We understand that things happen and if you can't make your appointment for any reason, please just give us a call and we will work with you to reschedule. If you do not want to provide a credit card, please call our office at 386.872.7167 during normal business hours to schedule. We deeply appreciate your understanding!
